Cajus is a storm-seasoned finance leader who remains steady when complexity rises. Whether serving as CFO, strategic controller or sparring partner to executive leadership, he anticipates financial headwinds early and keeps organisations firmly on course. With more than 35 years of experience in finance and controlling – including over 15 years as CFO – he combines strategic clarity with operational depth.
His international career spans senior CFO, Treasury and Group Controlling roles across Switzerland and Singapore. At companies such as Dun & Bradstreet and Oerlikon, he led global liquidity management, treasury controlling and business improvement initiatives, optimised net working capital, and drove finance transformation in growth and special situations. As a board member, he also contributes strategic oversight and commercial risk governance.
Cajus brings particular strength in cash flow and liquidity management, working capital optimisation and performance improvement – making him a trusted partner in demanding transformation phases.
Outside the boardroom, he embraces challenge while kitesurfing in strong winds or skiing through fresh powder.
