Welcome, Lena!
Our team keeps growing, and we’re delighted to share that Lena Maucher joined us in July as Manager Business Operations & Marketing.
Lena is «The Organizer» — structured, curious, and with a keen sense for language and people. She brings diverse stakeholders together, aligns them around shared goals, and keeps projects on track, even when challenges arise.
Among other roles, her career includes experience in international HR transformation, recruiting and process optimization at Ravensburger, as well as social media, newsletter marketing and project management at Fruitjuicer.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Lena windsurfing, out for a run, or exploring new countries — always on the lookout for new cultures, spectacular natural landscapes, and the next great windsurfing destination.
We’re very happy to have Lena on board and look forward to creating impact together.
